Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Who we are
PDFPixo (pdfpixo.com) is run by GOODLOAD, a business registered in India (Udyam). In this policy "we" means GOODLOAD. Contact: info@goodload.in.
Your files stay on your device
Every PDFPixo tool runs inside your web browser. When you choose a PDF, photo, Word or Excel file, it is processed on your own phone or computer. Your files are not uploaded to our servers or to anyone else, and we never see them.
When you close or refresh the page, the files and results are gone from PDFPixo. Results you download are saved only where you save them.
No accounts
You do not need an account, so we do not collect your name, email address or password. We do not sell personal data.
Advertising
PDFPixo shows, or may show, advertisements served by Google AdSense to keep the tools free. Ads are shown around the tools; they never see the files you open, because those files stay on your device.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent message before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from that message.
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)
If you allow it in the cookie message at the top of the page, we use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which tools are used. Nothing is sent before you choose "Allow".
What is sent: the page address and title, the name of a tool when it is run (for example "pdfCompress") and whether it finished, plus the usual technical details Google Analytics collects, such as an approximate location, browser and device type. Your files, file names and anything you type into a tool are never sent.
Google Analytics sets cookies whose names start with "_ga". Advertising features are switched off. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; choosing "No thanks" stops the counting and removes these cookies. You can also use Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Google's own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Anonymous usage totals
To find tools that fail and fix them, the site sends a short anonymous message to our own host (Cloudflare) when a visit starts and when a tool finishes or shows an error. It contains only: the tool name (for example "pdfCompress"), whether it finished or which error message was shown, whether the device is a phone or a computer, and the site language.
We keep only daily totals of these messages. No cookie is used, and no IP address, file, file name or anything you type is stored. These totals cannot be linked to you.
What is stored in your browser
Your chosen language, colour theme and cookie choice are saved in your browser (local storage) so the site remembers them next time. The names of the last four tools you opened are also saved there, so they can be shown as "Recently used" on the home page.
Only if you switch on "Remember my details on this device" in the invoice or self-attest tool, the details listed there (for example your business name, address, GSTIN, bank account, IFSC and UPI ID, or your name and typed signature) are saved in your browser's local storage on that device. They are never sent to us or anyone else. Switching the option off deletes them.
A copy of the website and, when you use them, the AI and text-recognition files are saved in your browser cache so the tools load faster and work offline. You can remove all of this at any time by clearing your browser data for pdfpixo.com.
Advertising partners such as Google may store cookies as described above.
Hosting and security
The website is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, and gives us overall visitor numbers without cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people and harmful bots apart. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy for details.
The program code of the tools, the image AI models and the OCR language files are served from pdfpixo.com itself.
The optional command assistant can use an already-ready on-device language model managed by a supported desktop browser. Only your typed command is passed to that local model; document contents are not sent to it. PDFPixo does not trigger a language-model download, use a cloud AI API, or save command history. Simple Hindi and English quick commands work without that language model.
Children
PDFPixo is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
