What you can write to us about

A tool does not work, gives a wrong result or shows an error.

Something on the site is wrong or out of date, for example a size or rule for an exam form.

An idea for a new tool or a better way to do something.

Questions about privacy, these pages, the open-source code or advertising.

To help us fix a problem quickly

Tell us which tool you used and the address of the page, what you expected and what happened, the exact error message if one was shown, and your device and browser (for example: Android phone, Chrome).

If the problem is with one particular file, describe it instead of sending it: the type (PDF, JPG and so on), its size, and the number of pages.

Please do not send private documents

All PDFPixo tools work inside your own browser, so we never see your files. Please keep it that way: do not attach Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, bank statements, passwords or other private documents to your email.

We do not ask for passwords or one-time codes (OTP) by email, phone or message. If someone claiming to be PDFPixo asks for them, do not share them.
