Reorder, remove or repeat pages

This tool puts the pages of a PDF in the order you want. You can move pages, leave out pages you do not need, or repeat a page. It fixes scans where pages came out of order, removes blank or extra pages before you submit a file, and lets you add a second copy of a page such as an ID proof that a form asks for twice.

Type the new order

When you open a PDF, the box shows the current order, for example 1,2,3,4,5. Change it to the order you want: 3,1,2 moves page 3 to the front and leaves out pages 4 and 5; 1,2,2,3 repeats page 2.

Remove blank and extra pages

Scanned files often contain a blank back side or a cover you do not need. Simply leave those page numbers out of the list. The new PDF only contains the pages you typed, in that order.

Quality stays the same

Pages are copied exactly, so text stays selectable and pictures keep their quality. Only the order changes. To turn pages that are sideways, use the rotate tool; to make several separate files, use the split tool.

Check before you submit

After saving, open the new PDF once and scroll through it to make sure the order is right, especially for long documents. The original file on your device is not changed, so you can always start again.

Common uses

Put the pages of an application in the order the office asks for, such as form first, then photo ID, then address proof. Move a signed last page back to the end after scanning. Remove instruction pages from a downloaded form before printing. Repeat a page when a form needs two copies of the same proof.

Rules for the order box

Use only page numbers separated by commas, such as 2,1,3. Every number must be between 1 and the total number of pages. Spaces are ignored. If the box is empty or has a wrong number, the tool shows a message instead of saving a broken file. You can type the same number more than once to repeat a page.

Several files?

To put pages from different PDFs together, first combine them with the merge tool, then open the merged file here and set the final order.

An example

Suppose a scanned file has 6 pages: page 1 is a blank cover, pages 2 to 5 are the form, and page 6 is your ID card that should come first. Type 6,2,3,4,5 and save. The blank cover is removed, the ID card moves to the front, and the form follows in its normal order.

Your PDF is processed inside your own browser. It is never uploaded to a server, and nothing is kept after you close the page. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
