Exam photo resizer
Resize a photo to exact pixels and KB, with an optional name/date strip.
Also called: exam photo resizer, SSC photo resize.
Get your photo to the exact size and KB that online application forms ask for. Always check your current exam notice, because rules change.
Photo in the exact size the form asks for
Online application forms for SSC, UPSC, IBPS, RRB, NEET, JEE, GATE and state commissions reject photos that are not the right size in pixels or KB. This tool fixes both in one step. Choose your exam from the list, upload a clear photo, and download a JPG that already has the right width, height and file size. It works on a phone, so you can take a photo against a plain wall and prepare it within a minute.
Ready presets for common exams
The list includes ready settings for common exams. For example, many SSC and IBPS forms ask for a photo of about 200 × 230 pixels between 20 and 50 KB, while NEET and JEE forms use larger photos. Choosing a preset fills in the width, height and KB for you. You can still change any number by hand, because rules change from year to year and different posts sometimes ask for different sizes. Always compare with the latest official notice before you submit.
White background in one click
Many forms ask for a light or white background. Turn on the white background option and PDFPixo removes the background behind you with a small AI model running on your device and replaces it with plain white. Hair edges may not be perfect on every photo, so look at the result closely; if needed, take a new photo in front of a light wall.
Name and date on the photo
Some exams, such as certain SSC and banking notices, ask for the candidate's name and the date the photo was taken printed below the face. Turn on the name and date option, type your name and the date, and they are added in a clean strip at the bottom of the photo, still within the size and KB limits.
Tips for a photo that gets accepted
Face the camera straight with both ears visible and a neutral expression. Use daylight from a window instead of a flash to avoid shadows. Do not wear dark glasses or a cap unless the notice allows it. Make sure the face fills most of the frame. After downloading, check the file size shown by your phone and preview the photo once before uploading.
Private by design
Your photo is processed inside your browser, including the background removal. It is never uploaded or stored. There is no sign-up and no watermark.
