Merge files into PDF

Combine PDFs and images in the order you choose.

Also called: combine PDF, join PDF files.

Add PDFs and photos, arrange them in the order you want, and get one clean PDF. Useful for applications, assignments and bills.

Combine PDFs and photos into one file

This tool joins several PDF files into one PDF. You can also add JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC photos, and each photo becomes a page in the same file. It is ideal for application forms that accept only one upload, for sending all the pages of a scholarship or loan file together, for combining bills for an accountant, or for putting a certificate, marksheet and ID proof into one neat document.

Put the pages in the right order

Files are joined in the order of the file list. Use the arrows next to each file to move it up or down until the order is right, then press the button. All pages of each PDF are kept in their original order. If you need to remove or reorder individual pages inside a file, use the organise tool after merging.

Mix PDFs and photos

Photos added to the list are placed on their own pages and kept the right way up, even if your phone saved them sideways. This means you can photograph a missing page with your phone and slot it between two PDFs without converting it first.

Quality is unchanged

Merging does not re-draw or compress your PDF pages, so text stays selectable, links keep working and the quality is exactly the same as the originals. Because of that, the merged file is about as large as all the files added together. If your form has a size limit such as 200 KB or 1 MB, compress the merged PDF afterwards and type your KB limit.

Locked PDFs

A PDF that needs a password to open cannot be merged until it is unlocked. Use the unlock tool with the password first, or the e-Aadhaar tool for Aadhaar PDFs, and then add the unlocked copy here. The unlocked copy keeps the same content, so the merged file looks exactly like the original pages.

Good uses in daily life

Students combine a filled form, a fee receipt and photos of certificates into one file for admission. Job seekers put a resume, marksheets and experience letters together. Shop owners merge a month of invoices before sending them to their accountant. Families keep property papers, insurance policies and medical reports of one person in a single PDF that is easy to find later. After merging, the split tool can take out any part again if needed.

Private by design

Files are merged inside your browser. Your documents are never uploaded, and nothing is stored after you close the page. There is no watermark and no limit on the number of files.
