Edit & sign PDF
Add text, signatures, stamps and dates anywhere on a PDF.
Type text, draw or upload your signature, add a stamp or today's date, then place it anywhere on the page. Everything happens in your browser, so the PDF is never uploaded.
Fill, sign and stamp a PDF
This tool lets you add things on top of any PDF page: typed text, your signature, a stamp, today's date, or a plain box that covers something. It is the quickest way to fill a form that came as a PDF, sign an agreement or offer letter, mark a bill as paid, or add a note before sending a document. You place each item exactly where you want it by tapping the page, then move or resize it.
Signatures that look real
Draw your signature with a finger or mouse, or type your name to make a signature. You can also upload a photo of your signature on white paper and turn on the option to remove the white, so only the ink is placed on the page. The same signature can be added to as many pages as you need.
Text, stamps and dates
Type any text in the colour and size you want, for example a name, an address or a correction. Ready stamps such as Approved, Paid, Received or Verified can be added in red, blue or another colour, and you can write your own stamp text. A date item adds the date in the Indian day-month-year style.
Covering details
The cover item places a white or coloured box over a part of the page, which is useful for hiding a wrong entry before writing over it. Please note that a cover box only hides what is underneath when viewed; if you must permanently remove private information, use the redact tool, which rebuilds the page so the hidden content cannot be copied.
Need to change existing text?
This tool adds new items; it does not change words that are already in the PDF. To change existing text or replace a picture inside the PDF, use PDF Studio.
Common uses
People use this tool to fill and sign rent agreements, offer letters, school forms, bank forms, delivery receipts and declarations. Shop owners stamp bills as Paid or Received. Teachers add marks or remarks on a student's PDF. Office staff add Verified or Original seen on copies of documents before filing them.
Tips for a neat result
Zoom in on the page before placing small items so they sit exactly on the line. Keep the signature small enough to fit inside the signature box. Use black or blue for filled text so it looks like pen writing. If you add many items, check each page once more before saving, and keep the original PDF in case you want to start again.
Private by design
Your PDF is processed inside your own browser. It is never uploaded to a server, and nothing is kept after you close the page. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
